[FC News]Parent and Camper VOLUNTEERS needed for "Joseph" and "R and J" - FPAC

Dear FPAC PRESENTS parents, cast members and all other FPAC campers,
(Cast members / FPAC campers please forward this or show this to your
parents - Thanks!)
Rehearsals are well under way for "Joseph" and just beginning for "Romeo and
Juliet" and our first summer season of major productions is shaping up to be
quite spectacular!
If parents of our casts have the time and desire to help us out, there are
some very important functions that need you. Please let me know the areas, if
any, that you would like to help out with and I'll get you connected.
- Solicit ads for the playbill from area restaurants, businesses, etc. A
package with info has been created. Elisa Goldrich has agree to take charge
with Anjali Bhaji assisting her. We can use more help - even it is is an
afternoon or two to take the packages and walk into a handful of businesses that
Elisa will assign you.
- Box Office Assistance and Ushering. Pam Grodzik is taking charge of the
box office and may need some help during the hour preceding each show. And we
need people to help out tearing ticket stubs and handing out playbills. In
addition to parents, FPAC campers not involved in the productions can also
assist with ushering.
- Assisting with Costuming - We have two staff members creating costumes for
the productions - Cherie Stebner and Christianne Beffel. They can use some
assistance. Any time you can give would be appreciated.
- Makeup, Wardrobe - We can use a few parents to assist the kids with
putting on their makeup and keeping the dressing room areas and costumes organized.
- Miscellaneous! Have an idea how you can help that hasn't been listed?
